FAMILY DISCOVERY CENTER
The Family Discovery Center (FDC) opened in September 2025. It is an experience unlike any other in the world.
Imagine stepping into the pages of a giant pop-up book and discovering a world where things are not what they seem. A magical setting where day changes to night. Animal guides welcome us. Trees speak. A world shaped by Native American values where you’ll discover we are all connected.
Storyline designed the entire immersive, illustrated world of the FDC. Our goal was to inspire curiosity, foster community and strengthen connections to the rich heritage of First American people.
When visitors enter the FDC world, the invitation is open-ended exploration. They can wander the forest, climb, crawl and create in a multi-sensory environment.
Storyline also designed the children’s area of the Museum’s shop, populating it with various animal characters from the FDC. As part of this work, they developed a series of playful branded products.
