Montana Cowboy Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Center

Wolf Point, MT

In an effort to launch a major capital campaign, the Montana Cowboy Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Center retained Storyline Studio to master plan their proposed new museum facility and visitor center in northeastern Montana. The aim of the facility is to showcase the lives of true Montana cowboys and how they entertwined with the rich cultural heritage of Native americans and settlers of Montana. Storyline Studio conducted a series of discovery workshops with project stakeholders and traveled most of the state to find the heart of the Montana way of life, and its stories of pride and endurance. We then worked closely with the client and the project architect to craft a master plan for their new facility that would provide an engaging, immersive, and memorable visitor experience. Critical planning and operational considerations included economic viability and highly seasonal tourism. The client is currently using this document to raise funding and support for the next phase of the project.
